About your booking
We offer you the ability to book a table in our venue via the qiiosk table app.
Please note we reserve the right to cancel, refuse or change your booking should circumstances we believe to be in both our and your best interest arise. We will make every effort to contact you directly on the contact details you have given with the booking should we need to discuss your booking with you. Please ensure you give us relevant contact details to do so should we need to.
Your booking with us is not confirmed unless you have received a confirmation email from us. In most cases this is immediate (subject to your email provider and internet/mobile data connection) Please ensure you check your spam/junk folder for this email if you have not received it within 1 hour.
Please note all bookings will secure a table for you for a duration of 90 minutes.
Cancellation/No show policy
Your table will be held for 20 minutes after the start of your booking time. After 20 minutes and with no communication from you, your table may be given to someone else in busy times. The onus is on you to arrive in time for your booking, or if you are having trouble in arriving in time for your booking, please contact us directly to confirm we can hold your booking, or to make alternative arrangements.
If you do not show for your booking and we do not hear from you, we reserve the right to block any future bookings from you.
If we are offering a table that requires a booking deposit for whatever reason, you are required to pay the booking deposit at the point of making the booking with us through this app. For booking cancellations where a table deposit has been taken by us – for us to refund your booking deposit we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the booking time. Failure in giving 24 hours’ notice will mean your booking deposit will not be returned.
Rescheduling your booking
If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us directly in plenty of time to do so. We make no guarantee we can reschedule your booking to your required date/time, but we will assist in doing so to the best of our ability.
